Timing depends on account count and total size. A handful of small cPanel accounts can typically be staged the same business day. A WHM reseller with hundreds of accounts and large mail spools takes longer and is scheduled in waves so you can validate before the DNS cutover. Once the staged copies are tested, the cutover step requires DNS changes at the registrar, and that's where the schedule depends most on your responsiveness or registrar handoff.

Can I upgrade from shared hosting to a VPS or dedicated server?
Yes. Many customers start on shared hosting and upgrade as their traffic grows. Our support team migrates your existing websites, databases, email, and cPanel accounts to the new VPS or dedicated server with minimal downtime, and we prorate the unused portion of your shared plan toward the new one.
Can I upgrade RAM or disk after the order?

Do you provide free migration?
Yes. If your current host uses cPanel/WHM, we'll transfer your accounts, websites, databases, and email to your new VPS or dedicated server for free. Most domain registrations can also be transferred so everything is managed in one place. Open a support ticket with your previous provider's login details after placing the order and our migration team handles the rest.
Where are your servers located?
All of our servers are located in our own datacenter. The facility features redundant power feeds, UPS battery backup, Cisco networking infrastructure, hardware RAID storage, and on-site technical staff available 24/7. We do not resell capacity from third-party datacenters or hyperscalers.
How are backups handled on dedicated servers?
Hardware RAID1 protects you from single-drive failure at the storage layer. For account-level backup we offer JetBackup on dedicated and VPS plans, which gives you scheduled backups with restore points and one-click restores of individual files, databases, email, or whole accounts via cPanel/WHM. We always recommend an additional offsite backup as defense-in-depth.
