Ultra Services, LLC ("Ultra Services," "Ultra Web Hosting," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and website visitors. 5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

Domain Registration: When you register a domain name, certain contact information is required to be shared with the domain registrar and may be published in the WHOIS database, subject to applicable privacy protections (such as WHOIS privacy/ID protection services).
Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental regulation, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

7. Data Retention

After account cancellation or termination, we will retain your data for up to sixty (60) days to allow for account reactivation, after which it will be securely deleted. We may retain certain information for longer periods as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Aggregate, anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.

Right to Erasure: You may request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").

International Data Transfers: If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our servers are located. By using our Services, you consent to this transfer. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please submit a support ticket.

10. Do Not Track Signals

Some web browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. Because there is no uniform standard for how DNT signals should be interpreted, our website does not currently respond to DNT signals. However, you can control tracking through your browser cookie settings and by using the Google Analytics opt-out tool referenced in Section 3.

11. Email Communications

If you provide us with your email address and become a client, you may receive periodic communications from us, including:

Transactional emails: Order confirmations, billing notices, support ticket updates, and account alerts. These are essential to the operation of your account and cannot be opted out of.
Promotional emails: Information about new products, services, or special offers. You may opt out of these at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any promotional email or by contacting us.

All commercial email communications comply with the CAN-SPAM Act.

12. Phone Communications

If you supply us with your telephone number, you will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders you have placed, support requests you have initiated, or account-related matters.

In the event of a confirmed data breach that compromises the security of your personal information, we will notify affected individuals without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law (including Washington state data breach notification laws, CCPA, and GDPR where applicable). We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address on file in your account or by prominent notice on our website at least thirty (30) days before taking effect.
