Our free migration service handles moves from Adobe Commerce Cloud (just a re-host of the same Magento codebase), BigCommerce (we use Magento's built-in import tools and a custom data mapping), and Shopify (CSV exports plus a mapping pass for product attributes and customer accounts). The migration includes products, customers, orders, customer addresses, themes where compatible, and active integrations.

What about Magento extensions and themes?

Magento Marketplace extensions install through Composer using the credentials you generate in your Magento Marketplace account. Custom extensions deploy through Composer or by uploading to app/code. Themes (both Marketplace and custom) install through the standard bin/magento setup:upgrade workflow.
