Secure, time-limited account access

Request temporary SSH access. In three steps.

Grant SSH to your account, for yourself or a developer, without handing over your login. Fill in the details, confirm the risks, and open a pre-filled ticket. Access is IP-locked, auto-expiring, and revocable at any time.

What you're granting

Powerful access, with guardrails.

SSH gives whoever holds the key full command-line access to this one account: every file, database, and email in it, with the ability to read, change, or delete any of it. We contain and time-box that access. The key only works from the IP you specify, it expires automatically on the date you choose, you can revoke it instantly, and it stays isolated to your account, so it can never reach other customers or the server itself. Those safeguards limit the damage a leaked key could do, but they do not stop the holder from touching your own account's data while the access is live. Only grant it to someone you trust.

Who needs this SSH access?

SSH gives full command-line access to your hosting account. Tell us who the key is for. The safeguards are the same either way; this just helps us label and track the request.

Where should the access go?

This request is for: yourself.

Everything you type here stays in your browser. Nothing is sent to Ultra until you open a support ticket and paste the generated request in yourself.

Copy this into a support ticket.

Tap copy, open the support form (the link below pre-fills your name, email, and subject), and paste this into the message body. Our team will verify the request, set up the access, and email the key to the address you provided.

Not sure about granting access?

If you're unsure whether to hand SSH to an outside developer, or you want us to walk through the safeguards first, our team is happy to talk it through before you submit. Live chat or a quick ticket, whatever's easiest.
