What is Site Monitoring?

Site monitoring is the practice of analyzing services of a website or server to ensure it is running and that the end-user can interact with the website as expected. External/remote monitoring is used here at Ultra as it is more reliable. Remote monitoring continuously monitors even while a server goes completely down.

We run two independant monitoring programs and our techs are paged in the rare case that a service is not running. This helps to ensure that your website is always up and running with us.

We can detect problems related to latency, network issues, down services, and other various issues. We are notified via cell phone and via email. Because we own and operate our own servers we are able to respond immediately to control software and hardware troubles.
